Financial information

The IDRN co-ordinating centre is based at UCL, so we therefore use their financial systems. However, to ensure that payment is made and allocated correctly, please note the below information.

Paying by bank transfer

Please ensure that when paying by bank transfer, you use the account details included with the invoice (rather than any pre-existing UCL details you already have on our system).
Please also make sure you use the analysis code for the specific IDRN account, BLAY 43/B

Paying by cheque (whether a personal cheque or raised through a delegates workplace or institution)

Please ensure that cheques are made payable to 'University College London' and sent to the IDRN co-ordinating centre at the following address
Cherry Constantine, Dept. of Infection and Population Health, UCL - Royal Free Campus, Rowland Hill Street, London, NW3 2PF
Cheques should not be sent to any other UCL address or departments that you may have dealt with in the past.

Paying by credit card

We cannot take payments online. However, you can download and complete this credit card form. Please complete the appropriate sections (see page 2 of the form for instructions), and fax it to 0872 3520635 (Calls cost 10 pence per minute).
We can only accept these forms via fax. Please do not post or email these forms.
We can only accept credit/debit card payments from individuals based in the UK
Payment will be taken off your credit card within 10 working days.

The IDRN charges a very precise figure for its events...

And if you clicked onto this link wondering why we are so exact with our event costs, this is to make it easier for us to trace any payment that makes it into the general UCL account, but fails to be re-directed on to the IDRN account.
An obscure figure is easier to identify than a round number!
